Aviva Method

A natural, movement-based approach using targeted exercises to support fertility and hormonal balance.

The Aviva Method is a structured 30-minute exercise programme — 18 targeted movements designed to support pelvic blood circulation and reproductive health.

Fertility & conception

Support the conditions for ovulation and natural conception. Often used alongside IVF preparation.

A 2024 clinical study (Kovács et al., Medicina) found significant reductions in menstrual pain in women who practised the Aviva Method twice weekly. Many women also report more regular cycles with consistent practice.

The Aviva Method is one of the few movement-based approaches to women's reproductive health with published clinical research behind it.

A 2024 peer-reviewed study published in Medicina (Kovács et al.) found statistically significant reductions in menstrual pain in women who followed a structured Aviva exercise programme practised twice weekly.
