FAQs About The Aviva Method and Courses
-
Why online?
Our fitness course is online—but you're not missing out. Just like in person, we guide you with clear verbal instructions to ensure correct and safe movement.
Even in live classes, it is safer if we don’t adjust participants physically—the real impact comes from focused attention and good guidance, which works just as well online.
With a calm space and minimal distractions, the experience can be just as effective—and surprisingly personal. 😊

Can I start practising straight away?
To ensure you get the most out of practice lessons, the basic workshop is a mandatory prerequisite. It's where you'll gain the precise understanding of exercises needed, allowing practice sessions to focus on refinement rather than foundational learning. You'll still receive continuous feedback during both workshops and practice classes.
-
Can I do Aviva exercises during my period?
For most individuals, Aviva exercises can be safely performed during menstruation, and you should decide based on how you feel. Many find it beneficial and may even experience relief from common symptoms.
The sole exception is for those diagnosed with endometriosis, where it's generally advised to avoid Aviva practice during menstruation. We always recommend discussing your personal health circumstances with your doctor.

Any preparations necessary before the Workshop?
After you register, I'll ask you to complete a questionnaire. This helps me gain a better understanding of your motivations, goals, and background.

When will I start seeing results?
Everyone’s body, lifestyle, and circumstances are unique, so results can vary. That said, most people begin to notice positive changes after practicing consistently for at least 2 months. Your lifestyle and nutrition also play a key role in supporting these results.
