Common Questions

  • You'll need the Aviva Method Exercise Book Vol.1 (available separately), a laptop or PC with camera — phones are not recommended as you need to clearly see the movement demonstrations — and enough space to take 4 small chassé steps. Comfortable clothing and socks or bare feet (kept warm). A yoga mat for the floor exercises.

  • All 18 exercises of the Basic series, including the Short series and the Panic exercise. You'll learn the anatomical and biological purpose of each movement, and how to adapt the sequence to your own goals and condition. Your privacy is respected throughout — no personal sharing is required.

  • Each practice class includes a warm-up, the full 30-minute Aviva exercise sequence, and a cool-down of stretching, pelvic floor exercises, or meditation. You can leave after the Aviva section if needed, but staying warm and rested for 20–30 minutes after the exercises maximises their effect.
