Weekly 50-minute women’s movement class in Göd, combining pelvic floor strengthening exercises known from the Aviva Method with elements of Fascia Bodywork.

The class uses gentle yet mindful movement to support women’s health, mobility, body awareness, and overall wellbeing.

Fascia is the connective tissue network that surrounds and connects the muscles, joints, and organs throughout the body. Stress, prolonged sitting, and lack of movement can contribute to tension and stiffness in the body. Fascia Bodywork aims to support the body’s natural flexibility, ease of movement, and sense of lightness.

No previous fitness experience is required, and the class is suitable for all ages.

Small group setting with a friendly, supportive atmosphere.
Comfortable clothing and a yoga mat are recommended.

Classes take place every Wednesday from 10:00 at Gödi Művelődési Ház.
