Are you ready to start your own journey in movement and wellbeing?

I’m a certified Aviva Method instructor based in Ireland.
I first discovered the Aviva Method when I was trying to conceive — after years of being unsuccessful — and it became a turning point.
As a mother now moving through perimenopause, I still practise it to support my wellbeing and balance.

Experiencing its effects firsthand made me curious about the wonder of movement — how something so simple can have such a profound impact.
That curiosity turned into passion, and now I help other women rediscover their own strength and harmony through natural motion.

Life is full — mother, partner, friend, employee, instructor — and making space for exercise and proper sleep is often the hardest part.
But I’ve learned that the simplest things are often the most powerful.
Movement and rest may not be easy to prioritise, but they’re free, natural, and always there when we finally make room for them.
