Register for a “Basic exercise workshop” - 2 x 2 hours
This is where you learn how to do excercises of the Basic series, (18 exercises) with precision.
You will learn the specific anatomical and biological effect of each Aviva gymnastics exercise.
You will learn how to do the Aviva gymnastics according to your own current goal and condition.
Practice the exercises 2-3 times a week
Practice Classes
Practice classes will help you refreshing the learned exercises and improving your movements. You can let these classes to become weekly experiences. I recommend 6-8 practice classes to deepen your knowledge where you can confidently practice independently, without interruption, with music, in your home.
Content and Privacy
Basic series, (18 excercises) with precision.
We will cover the Short series and the Panic excercise.
You will learn the specific anatomical and biological effect of each Aviva exercise.
You will learn how to do the Aviva excercises according to your own current goal and condition.
You will understand the creation and the evolution of the method.
You will not be required to share your personal issues; we will cover all the necessary topic in a generic fashion
the fee of the workshop includes 2 practice lessons to support precise execution

Technical/ Other Requirements
you’ll need the exercise book of the Aviva Method Vol.1
good quality internet
Laptop or PC with camera*
Physical arrangment:
you will need to perform 4 small chasse steps
you will need to be able to hold on to the wall /chair during some excercises
you will need to be visible while standing and also during siting on a yoga mat (it’s ok if you need to adjust the camera)
The exercises are carried out in socks or barefeet (feet to be kept warm though :))
Comfortable clothing in which bodily movements can be observed
*(please avoid using phones as it is crucial so you can see the showcasing of the movements)

How are practice classes structured?
Warm-up
Aviva exercises (ca 30 minutes)
Stretching / pelvic floor exercises (also part of the Aviva Method) or Meditation
It is advised to join the classes for at least the warm-up and the Aviva exercises part. Otherwise drop-off any time you feel comfortable. Please note that you can maximize the effect of the exercises if you keep your body warm and rested for 20-30 minutes after finishing the exercises.
