The Aviva Method is a specific, structured sequence of uniquely designed exercises that are taught in the workshop.

Once learned, the sequence can be practised independently and consistently - typically 2-3 times a week. A practice takes around 30 minutes. Regular repetition is essential to support the body’s natural regulatory process over time.

Agnes Berta

I’m a certified Aviva Method instructor.
I discovered the Aviva Method while personally searching for natural support around fertility and hormonal balance.

As a mother and now entering perimenopause, I continue to practise and teach the method with a strong focus on:

  • anatomy-aware movement,

  • emphasis on safe execution,

  • and gentle listening to meet every participant where they are.

Life is full — mother, partner, friend, employee, instructor — and making space for exercise and proper sleep is often the hardest part.
But I’ve learned that the simplest things are often the most powerful.
Movement and rest may not be easy to prioritise, but they’re free, natural, and always there when we finally make room for them.
